By accessing or using the Rinjani Threat Intelligence Platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2.Description of Service
Rinjani Analytics provides an AI-driven threat intelligence platform that utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other advanced technologies to analyze and predict cybersecurity threats.
3.Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Rinjani Analytics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
- API Access: Usage of our API is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your subscription tier.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. You may not use the Service to build a competing product.
4.Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that document. You retain ownership of any data you submit (“Customer Data”), but you grant us a license to use that data to provide and improve the Service.
5.AI Disclaimer
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may not always be 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
- You should verify critical threat intelligence independently before taking significant action.
- Rinjani Analytics is not liable for actions taken based solely on AI-generated recommendations.
6.Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Customer Data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rinjani Analytics and its licensors.
7.Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8.Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rinjani Analytics, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
